JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ restraining respondent nos. 3 and 5 from encroaching upon the petitioner's land and from making any sort of construction over it i.e. over thana no. 124, plot no. 1545, khata no. 427, area 06 decimals situated in village-Sagraon, P.S.-Rajpur in the district of Buxar.

1(A). That the petitioner further prays that the Respondent be directed to provide and restore possession of petitioner over his above land.
