2. By impugned order dated 05.08.2016 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 4 of 2016, the learned Sessions Judge affirmed the order dated dated 05.11.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 557 of 2014, whereby and whereunder, the learned Magistrate rejected the discharge petition of the petitioners under Section 239 of the CrPC.

3. The learned court below including the Revisional Court, after having been satisfied that there were adequate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47407 of 2016(3) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 materials against the petitioners for framing the charges, rejected their petition for discharge.

4. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.
