The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323,376, 504, 506, 511 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that an improbable allegation has been made against these petitioners and no case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners. So far as the allegation is concerned, it is mainly against one Devvansh Sah and not any other persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.16694 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P) P.S.
