2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 3756 of 2024, arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024, in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 465 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from a Mahindra Pick-up vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in question. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge-II, Bhagalpur, in connection with Naugachia P.S.
