WJC No.8 of 2016 (3) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.
