The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, G.R. No. 284/2019 for the offenses under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of Rs. 49,000/-.
