JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the resolution contained in Memo No. 2169 dated 13.07.2013, issued under the signature of Civil Surgeon Cum Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda, whereby and whereunder a departmental proceeding has been said to be initiated against the petitioner and petitioner has been further directed to file his written show cause before the conducting officer within 15 days, as also

899 dated 19.06.2013, issued under the signature same very authority i.e Civil Surgeon Cum Chief Medical officer, Nalanda whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been said to be put under suspension with immediate effect for the alleged charges of misconduct and further for issuance of a consequential writ in nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to revoke the suspension of the petitioner with due date and to make all conséquential benefits, arising out of instant transaction and also to make payment of salary to the petitioner which is due with the respondents since June 2012 till date with payment interest as well as cost of litigation."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably with the efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the same be disposed off. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
