The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 registered under Sections 147/148/323/379/387/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26041 of 2019(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 in the present case with a view to harass the petitioners. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that the petitioners are land holders and all the trucks were passing upon the land and the crops were destroyed by the vehicles. The agreement paper shows that there was some percentage of passing the truck on the field of the land holders. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
