The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) and 41(i) and (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, 300 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a tempo and the petitioner along with one another were taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 19.2.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.

Case no.109 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra.
