2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 303(2), 109, 352/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, variously armed, on account of petty land dispute, assaulted informant and her family members, as a result of which, informant's brother-inlaw (Chandan Kumar) and Suresh Sao suffered head injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28323 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 persons. Case and counter case. Learned counsel further submits that other co-accused, who were having allegation of assault, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 73462/2024 with Cr.Misc. No. 75137/2024 (Annexure - 3). Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
