The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 158/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 452 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner along with his friend Amit forcibly entered into her house made obscene signals and tried to kidnap her. Petitioner also made attempt to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was simply hot exchange of words between the petitioner and the informant. Petitioner neither entered into the house of the informant nor touched her body. Petitioner is co-villager, but from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46255 of 2016 (4) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 perusal of the case diary it appears that almost all the witnesses have supported the factum of occurrence, as stated by the victim. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
