The petitioner is accused in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of the whole case diary, it appears that there is no material against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020.
