The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Makhdumpur P.S. case No. 183 of 2017 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have dashed the tractor of the informant by their Indica car and also assaulted the informant with iron rod. The petitioner No.1, Subodh Kumar Yadav, is said to have fired.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that other accused persons have already been granted bail on the basis of compromise but it appears that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
