2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80907 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 24.01.2024, the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 1,36,666/- (One lakh thirty six thousand six hundred and sixty six) out of Rs. 2,70,000/- (Two lakh and seventy thousand) in favour of the informant and due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner is not in a position to

4. In view of the aforesaid, three months further time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the rest amount i.e. Rs. 1,33,334/- (One lakh thirty three thousand three hundred and thirty four) in favour of the informant.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 24.01.2024 is modified to the above extent and the modification application stands disposed of.
