The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S.Case No.452 of 2018 dated 12.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of demanding of Rs.200/- and when the informant refused, he was assaulted and Rs.500/- was snatched by the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.26539 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Singh, ACJM Ist, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No.452 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
