The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the Respondents to make payment of arrear of rent of the Godown, which was taken by the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Khagaria on rent for storing food grains. Along with the writ petition, no document has been brought on record to show as to on what terms and conditions, the Bihar State Food Corporation was inducted as tenant. Even the agreement has not been brought on record. It has been accepted that petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.10751 of 2014 (4) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 premises was taken on rent but within one year same was vacated. Moreover, there is dispute of arrear of rent Since there is already remedy available to the petitioner, at least writ jurisdiction of this Court may not be invoked.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
