JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf o the State.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.82 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation in brief is that while the dance programme was going on on the occasion of marriage, the accused persons came on stage and one Sonu Kumar opened fire but it did not hit anybody and he was apprehended by the people present there and rest others escaped away.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no any specific overt act against these petitioners rather the

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., VII, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.82 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
