In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections-466, 467, 468, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner had issued the receipt illegally in favour of Bajrang Singh @ Narsingh Singh @ Laddu Singh of village Goldeyar Tola-Mokama.
