The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 448, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of assault upon the mother-in-law of the informant by means of farsa with intention to kill her causing fracture in her head and the accused also took away the golden Jitiya from her neck.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36528 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties bearing Complaint Case no.1042 of 2019 and both parties as alleged sustained injuries in separate incidents. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Nutan Kumari, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Danapur/concerned Court in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
