1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 2.9.15, passed by District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar in Miscellaneous Case No. 5/2015, arising out of Appeal No.1/2013 as contained in Annexure 12 to this petition whereby and whereunder Learned Teachers Appointment, District Appellate Authority has been pleased to reject the application filed on behalf of petitioner for
Patna High Court CWJC No.19064 of 2015(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 restoration of appeal No.1/2013 to its original file on ground that the medical Certificate granted to the petitioner appears to be not trustworthy due to which the order dated 31.7.13 as contained in Annexure-10 to this petition by which the appeal was dismissed, got confirmed."
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
