The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27580 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/3 in this case. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The parties are next door neighbour and there is case and counter case between the parties. Several other cases are pending between the parties. It is also submitted that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11478 of 2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla OP)
