Despite valid service of notice, opposite party no. 2 has chosen not to appear before this Court.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 173 [C] of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation and the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17670 of 2015 (3) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 petitioner at the Bar, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 07.09.2015, is hereby confirmed.

The application is disposed of.
