Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.2, namely, Rajeshwar Singh is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36505 of 2021(8) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 dowry demand and petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Pappu Singh. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, namely, Mala Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
