Since mother of the petitioner is already working as a Block Teacher, may be on contract under the State, it is not a case, where the family is in distress due to death of father of the present petitioner. The impugned order, therefore, is not required to be interfered with.

Writ application is dismissed.

Even otherwise the compassionate appointment is not a methodology to provide employment to unemployed children of the
