The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 3074, 324, 326, 451 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that nine FIR named accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed and assaulted the wife of the informant and snatched her jewellary. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners being ladies. Since the petitioners are neighbor of the informant hence, they have been roped in the present case. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55673 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.294 of 2015, pending before the learned ACJM, Barh, Patna.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
