The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, who is the mother-inlaw of the deceased, was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49141 of 2016 by this Court. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 8979 of 2017.

No.28286 of 2017 (4) dt.20-09-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
