The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 194 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 498(A), 307, 324, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25161 of 2019(7) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 husband and wife but dispute could not be settled due to none appearance of opposite party no.2, which would appear from the Mediator's Report dated 08.11.2019.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 fairly submitted that opposite party no. 2 had not appeared before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Kishanganj, in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 194 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
