ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents-Insurance Corporation with submission of the certified copy of the police final report and on such submission, the respondents-Insurance Corporation shall take the necessary steps for payment of the double accident benefit to the petitioner.

2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

3. In case the petitioner submits the necessary documents, the authorities are directed to see that the claim of the petitioner is settle as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation by the petitioner.
