Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 999 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 120, 160, 216, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution story in short is that in a fight for supremacy over illegal sand mining, four persons have been killed. The petitioner has been found involved in the said crime and the petitioner has criminal antecedents also. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and he submits that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application stands rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner in following cases including the present case:-

1. Maner P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018

2. Maner P.S. Case No. 614 of 2018
