The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, the scuffle took place. Specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Raj Kumar Singh and Sujit Kumar Singh. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
