2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354, 354(B), 323, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 8, 9 (kha)(i) of the POCSO Act.

3. There is allegation in the complaint petition that while complainant alongwith her mother and brother was standing at Parori bridge, this petitioner came and took away complainant and her brother on his motorcycle and just before Banchauri village, outraged the modesty of complainant. Petitioner is A.S.I. in Police department and has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for
