The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, on chase, two accused persons were apprehended by the police and one managed to escape. The apprehended persons disclosed their names as Rahul Kumar and Sachin Kumar and one stolen motorcycle was recovered from their possession which was being used for committing

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case based merely on suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade by the prosecution. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, circumstances as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
