Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before respondent no.2 but till date no order has been passed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within two weeks', along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim and the respondent no.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks' by
