The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant by her son and daughter-in-law (both petitioners) and other co-villagers and tearing her cloths.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that the land was mutated in the name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36508 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 petitioner no.1 in the year 2006 while his father died in the year 2020. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Patna City, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
