Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. case no. 40/2016 registered under section 376 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4/ 6 of the POCSO Act. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
