Mr. Lalit Kishore, learned Advocate General representing the opposite parties has submitted with reference to the said order of this Court dated 19.10.2022, that the amount of interest has also been paid subject to the outcome of the review application, which has been filed by the State seeking review of

Patna High Court MJC No.828 of 2022(4) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 the order dated 31.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3958 of 2021.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has, however, raised certain dispute in relation to the amount which the petitioner is actually entitled to as arrears/interest visa-vis the amount which has actually been paid to him. The said dispute, in the Court's opinion, cannot be made subject matter of the present contempt application, in view of the nature of the order, disobedience of which is being complained in the present proceeding. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach appropriate authority/department for redressal of his grievance, if any. The present contempt proceeding stands dropped as in view of the subsequent development, no case is made out of willful disobedience of this Court's order. It is expected that if the petitioner raises any further dispute, the same shall be gone into at appropriate level with due earnest and considered expeditiously.

Personal attendance of the Principal Secretary, Industry Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, stands dispensed with.
