The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. A. For commanding the order of compensation to the petitioner of Rs. 10,000,00 (Ten lacs) and punishment to be awarded to the Circle officer, Goraul for illegally demolishing the constructed house and temple of the petitioner on his Raiyati land bearing Khata No. 439, Kheshra No. 1275 having area of 3 decimals on 06.02.2023 without passing any reasoned order or issuing any valid notice while in this regard a Title Suit No. 105/2020 was already pending before Civil

Patna High Court CWJC No.7209 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Judge (Senior Division) First, Vaishali at Hajipur but the said matter was not disposed of until now regarding the bona fide title of the said land and the matter was still sub judice.

B. For commanding and directions be given to Respondent authorities to immediately include the name of petitioner as absolute owner of the land bearing Khata No. 439, Kheshra No. 1275 having area of 3 decimals."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
