JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Rs. 2 lakhs allotted to the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Dhama for purchasing the furniture, etc. for Panchayat Office. The petitioner, being the then Mukhiya, while purchased the furniture, etc. of worth Rs. 1,98,000/- but he did not follow the procedure of the Rules as contained under 131 'Gha' of Bihar Finance Rules. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being a lady, has falsely been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
