JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pandemic the petitioner could not surrender within time granted by this Court vide order dated 4.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10821 of 2020 and as such the present application has been filed for extension of time for surrender. Considering the reasons assigned in the application, the prayer is allowed. 15 days time, from the date of communication of this order, is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bonds.

The order dated 4.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10821 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The rest part of the order dated 4.3.2020 shall remain intact. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
