JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted from all the criminal charges by a judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2012, passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) no. 188 of 2001, hence, the respondents be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Junior Selection Grade and Senior Selection Grade with effect from the date, the same became due.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kishanganj, by filing appropriate representation with regard to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22179 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 aforesaid grievances and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
