Petitioner is an accused in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of ACJM - III, Muzuffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 19 of
