2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shampur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence or with the informant. The

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Additional Sessions Judge 1st Munger/concerned Court in connection with Shampur P.S.
