29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GP-05 as well as Sri Rabindra Kumar Priyadarshi, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party no.6/Water Board, Gaya. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No.5096 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 24.01.2014 due to non-prosecution.

After hearing and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.
