2. The present writ application, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7274 of 2026(3) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 enquire into the quality of construction work of newly constructed Model Hospital, Siwan and Maternity Hospital, Siwan constructed under National Health Mission Scheme in the year 2024 and to take proper action against the authorities/concerned persons/agencies responsible for inferior quality of construction work and to do the remedial measures to safeguards the two hospitals."

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ application, if so advised, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the respondent No. 7, raising all the grievances raised in the present writ application. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent No. 7 shall consider the same and pass an appropriate reasoned order or take such necessary steps as may be required, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
