1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the Commissioner-Cum-Arbitrator (NHAI), Darbhanga (respondent no. 3) to dispose of the Arbitration Case No. 116/2021 instituted by the petitioner against Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani and others for determination of compensation.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7058 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 Commissioner-Cum-Arbitrator (NHAI), Darbhanga (respondent no. 3) is directed to dispose of the Arbitration Case No. 116 of 2021 by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from receipt/production of a copy of this order.
