The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as per own admission of the informant, victim's marriage was performed in 2003, when she died on 25.06.2014, the case does not come within purview of Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The thrust of accusation against husband of the victim, who is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

No.57160 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Manoj Kumar-V, J.M., Ist Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
