The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kako P.S. Case No. 61/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her sister was married to the petitioner about six years ago, but the husband of his sister was demanding a motorcycle and he also threatened her to kill. On 27.04.2016, the informant got information that his sister was killed and her dead-body was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner died on account of ill-ness. Immediately after three months of the occurrence, the petitioner was married with the sister of the deceased. The informant also filed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
