2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That the present criminal writ petition is being filed for proper investigation regarding the arrest of the accused petitioner in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 839/2020 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara registered for offence punishable u/s 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act in which (1) coaccused Naveen Upadhayay (ii) Co-accused Chandan Kumar Rai (iii) co-accused Bitu Kumar Rai (iv) co-accused Rishkesh @ Rishi @ Rishu and (v) accused petitioner Suman Rai have been made accused on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.824 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 information lodged by Sanjeev Kumar, S.H.O Cum S.I of Ara Nawada P.S. in Bhojpur District in which arresting of accused persons including the petitioner have been made by the Lanka Police Station on dated 28.10.2020 in District Kashi, Uttar Pradesh which was not entered in the Station Diary by the police Officer, Laxmikant Mishra and transit-Chalan was not issued in the name of Inspector, Arjun Singh of Chitaipur Police Station, District Kashi Uttar Pradesh for handed over the arrested accused persons to the concern police station of Bihar in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 753/2020."

3. The present application has been filed for proper investigation of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 839 of 2020.

4. The petitioner is an accused in the case and chargesheet has been submitted.

5. In these circumstances, once the investigation is over, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
