The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 363, 365, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that informant is Security Manager in Delhi Delivery B. Limited Company. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons have entered into the office of the informant and pressurized him to bring wine from

The accused persons also threatened of dire consequences and kidnapped one security guard namely Bhim Mandal and after brutally assaulting him, they left him at Zeromile. The petitioner also used to threaten the staff and informant through phone calls.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 28.01.2022, the F.I.R was registered on 05.02.2022 without explaining the delay. The injury of the injured is simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one in which he is on bail.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on

No.27540 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
