No. 52309 of 2017 for extending the time of surrender. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the modification application.

As the petitioner could not get the knowledge of the order within time resulting he could not surrender within the stipulated period and as such prayer has been made to extend the time of surrender.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, then he shall be released
